Home Security System Service
This job went well overall. Steve Garritson was professional, courteous and responsive for the most part. There was a spate of time at the beginning of the working relationship when I did not seem to be able to get calls returned, but the problem resolved itself and did not reappear.

A SENSOR AND KEYPAD CAUSED PROBLEMS SOON AFTER INSTALLATION, AND THE WORKMEN FAILED TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESSES (PLASTER DUST, WOOD CHIPS, WIRE FRAGMENTS). SENTRA HAD THEIR INSTALLERS BACK AT OUR HOUSE TWO WORKING DAYS AFTER WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN. A MANAGER CAME OUT ALSO. THE INSTALLERS FIXED THE EQUIPMENT AND CLEANED UP THE MESSES. THE MANAGER GAVE US A CREDIT ON THE MONTHLY MONITORING FEES, WITHOUT BEING ASKED TO DO SO. WE ARE QUITE SATISFIED NOW.
