I liked the plumber who installed the unit so much, that I used him again for more plumbing needs. They were extremely punctual and the clean up was excellent. They were very professional and I was pleased with the service. The price was competitive and I have no complaints.

I am very disappointed. The oven door handle keeps falling off and the door will not stay open. Sears will not stand behind its product and wants to charge me for the same replacement parts that keep failing. I refuse to pay them for these inferior parts.

They came on time, they called two days before, everything was quick, and they were very professional. The salesperson was great and all the other appliance stores were having sales. I would definitely consider them again.

When they delivered my washer, Sears called the day before to confirm. They called before they came to let me know they were on their way, and when to expect them. They gentlemen that brought the washer were very professional and quick. They had everything done within 15 minutes. I would recommend Sears to family and friends.
