Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The call center is the hub for their repairs. I spent hours on the phone with their call center trying to resolve the problems I was having with my furnace. I ended up receiving additional part, which I ended up keeping as they never came to pick up the part. I am very disappointed in Sears and the lack of customer service.

I was very upset with the level of customer service. There was none.... I was told about the tire warranty with the purchase - the salesperson neglected to mention that it was Sears own warranty policy and they were charging over $12.00 per tire. When I returned to pick my car up at the promised time, not 1 single employee could be bothered to wait on me. After taking 3 other customers that came in after me I asked if I had become invisible. My car was finished and ready to go but it took another 1/2 hour to get waited on. The receipt showed the extra charge per tire and I objected that no one had mentioned this was not the manf. warranty. The receptionist said to ask to retailer for brochure of the mfg. warranty - which Sears did not have. When questioned, the response was an idiotic ''we don't have any control over what prints.'' They refused to take the unapproved charges off my bill. I also wrote to Sears management about the lack of service and professionalism.

Very good price for the tires I got, I shopped three different places. Free rotations at any Sears auto center.

Window Service
The window installation went well. I did have problems with the bay window twice since it was put in but Sears paid to replace the bay window each time and added a brace the second time to help with the problem of leaking that kept happening. They have been very prompt with complaints.
