RENT A DAUGHTER LLC

We have had the Rent a daughter agency for my mother for 6 to 7 years. There is no agency in the area that is superior to their care. Their caregivers are kind caring and compassionate. The agency is organized and well run. They complete background checks, they have training for their caregivers. They are interested in giving the best care possible. They are truely concerned about the well being for their clients.
The caregivers are not CNAs, so there are some limitations to their duties.
There are other agencies in the area - I will not mention names, who hire caregivers with out background checks or much of an interview. I would not trust my loved one to agencies such as this.
I love my mother dearly, and am so grateful for the wonderful care and love she has received. You are losing out on great care if you
go with any other agency.

Woman came to home for a visit before starting so we all could meet with her. She has a great personality, helped my mother with light housework, shopping, meal preparation, and driving to appointments, etc. until my mother was able to drive. Mom started having help for several hours three days/ week. As she has healed and needs less help, the company has been very amicable to the change of dates and hours/day. Parents plan to continue to have their Rent- A- Daughter come once per week so my mother is able to go to her groups/meetings. We are very happy with the service and company.

My husband enjoyed her company and I enjoyed meeting her. She helped with my husband without being intrusive. Treated him with respect and made sure he got around when I was not available. She interacted well with him and other wedding guests. Patient with him and put his care first. Good experience, but quite expensive. Glad I got someone because my daughter needed me to help on her special day. I had less stress worrying about what would happen with my husband, as I left much earlier in the morning and stayed later in the evening. All went well..

It took several weeks to for my parents to adjust to having outside help and to find the perfect caregivers to fit my parents needs. Once a routine was established things have been running smoothly. When there are changes, the office is very efficient in dealing with them and communicating with me. They have helped make the transition to assisted living a little easier by having familiar faces and a similar routine.

I loved the type of person they sent. I used them for all kinds of things to take care of my parents in their home before we had to move them to a nursing home. They were doing the job that I wasn't available to do. I was very happy with them.

He is amazing. He does extremely fast work, he pays attention to details, and he is full of integrity. There were things that we thought would be deductions but he informed us when they didn't really count. He was on the up and up and I felt like our return would be correct. I felt good about it. His assistant helped us get our forms together so we were prepared when we met with him. He was really familiar with our file when we met with him and he explained some things to us once we got our return back. He gave us a good file for our records so it is real handy if we need it. He gave us a good template to work with in the next tax season. I don't know what he charges, but he is known for keeping his prices really reasonable. My husband will be meeting with him the next couple of weeks because he has some new businesses and he wants to keep the records current.

They are outstanding. I don't know why anyone would call anyone else for basic needs for loved one. I wanted to make sure that I gave an update regarding their service because in four years of care, they have always been excellent. They are caring, compassionate, meet the clients' needs, and they are a very Christian-based company in every sense of the word. They do a good job of scheduling, and the management staff is skilled. They are a very organized. They have exceeded my expectations.

I think the price is a little high but I’m in a wheelchair so I need help. They are very accommodating as far as finding help for you as soon as possible. They are competitively priced for in-home services but they are expensive for things like cleaning. I would use them again if I was in a pinch.

We continue to use rent a daughter, and have, for last 3 years for my mother. The caregivers are ALL compentent, caring, professional, trustworthy. I continue to be thrilled to have such wonderful women taking care of my mom. We had to use diffferent agency for an overnight shift for several months- the women they sent went were terrible. I work in a hospital, which makes a person even more particular about care received. Rent a daughter has met and exceeded my standards and expectations.

My dad likes the companionship and assistance that the Rent-a-Daughters give him.

I started using Rent a Daughter in Feb or March 2007 for my elderly mother living at home. While Rent a Daughter encourages using the same " daughter " each time to help out, we have had 7 or 8 different ones, and each person has been patient, hard working, efficient, personable, trustworthy and kind. The agency is very organized in their scheduling and use of their staff. I have felt quite comfortable having them take care of my mom in her home and going out and about. We are very fortunate to have available in the Milwaukee area such a quality agency taking care of our elderly loved ones.
