Provider had representatives going door to door to schedule times for estimates, which we agreed to have a representative return the following day at 10:00 am. The rep indicated that the company would call to confirm the appointment via phone the same day, which they did as promised. The scheduled appointment came and past and no one came called. I don't like to sit around waiting for someone that may or may not show up. Doesn't look good at this point, but perhaps we'll get a reasonable explanation. Funny part is, we really need the work done.
