We worked with Nicole Lasocki and she was amazing! I am a new homebuyer so I had a million questions. She was always there to answer anything and everything. If she didn't have an answer she worked hard to get me one as soon as possible. She also seems to have a great network. Nicole was told about a house (which we ended up buying) a week before it even went on the market and thought we should take a look. Nicole also charmed my four year old daughter! The best part was that she was an honest person and fun to be around. I felt like I was house shopping with a good friend. Request Nicole! She was GREAT!!!

We stated that our main goal was for a quick sale of the house which we were selling on my mothers behalf, we were willing to give up a little profit for a quicker sale since the house was not occupied. We had spent a couple months making repairs to the house as determined by a home inspector, so this put us into October to sell the house. Dave advised us that between Thanksgiving and New Years there would not be much activity for home buying. The price he suggested was about 5% lower than the other agents but well within the range of what home buying services (Zillow and Trulia) recommended. We had an offer with in 2 weeks and Dave worked with other agents to see if he could obtain counter offers to support the price. During the counter offer process he drove from Hales Corners to Wauwatosa a couple times to have the counter offer signed. We had the whole deal complete within about 6 weeks and the closing went without a hitch and within 1% of the asking price.
Dave also gave us great advice, we did not want to lower the price at all so soon in the deal but the potential buying had a cash offer with only 1 minor inspection request. He reminded us how valuable that was. Sure I was not totally happy with paying for a full commision agent BUT he took care of 99% of all work associated with the home sale. Also monitoring Zillow and trulia after the sale shows the prices in the neighborhood have gone down about 10% so this worked out well for us.

I worked with Karen Wenzel from realty executive to buy my first home. Karen is a superb agent. She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, approachable and dedicated. She answered all our questions and advocated on our behalf with the sellers. I relied on her completely for the completion of the transaction and have even approached her after and have found her to be responsive to my concerns. I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home.
