The company was very prompt and did a nice job. There were a few small areas that needed a bit of touch-up. We tried many times to get the company to respond to our calls. We also sat home on 3 separate days off waiting for Kent to keep appointments to complete the minor touch-ups. He did come once, primed the area and said he would be be back later the same day to apply the paint. We never saw him again and after 2 weeks we removed the tape he used for masking the area. The paint underneath came with it. Now we have had to patch the area and we will repaint the walls ourselves. While we feel the overall job and initial experience were good, we think Kent's lack of communication and lack of follow-up soured any pleasant experience. I guess if you consider this company, don't pay in full until you are really sure everything is done.
