A very good experience. I did have a problem with one of the pieces of furniture. I had noticed that the bigger dresser had cracks starting to develop when it is hot and I called them up, explained what was going on and what they did is they rebuilt a new top for the dresser, came out here and they were able to remove just the top of the dresser and then put the brand new one. The wood was built very well. It has an outrageously guarantee of like 215 years.

They are called Penny Mustard now. We went to the Brookfield location. They walked us through their store and their gallery there. The lady named Lynn walked us through there and spent a good hour and a half to two hours with us. The experience went very well. She went out of her way to answer different questions and show us samples. She was just pleasant and didn't make us feel like we wasted her time.
