Description of Work: We had over the top come out and never heard from them after the estimate, attempted to follow up via phone call and again no follow up. Ended up having them come out for an estimate again to see if we can get the ball rolling to schedule the job. However, after being told the written estimate would take 3-5 days, we are over a week and a half again with no response or estimate. Communication was terrible with office staff. Had appointment scheduled to come out for initial estimate and received what seemed to be an initial email to set up an appointment the day before the actual scheduled estimate.

Description of Work: They responded promptly. Chris came at appointment time. He was very cheerful and energetic. He performed a minor repair free of charge, noticed another defect and fixed that and gave some good advice. Very satisfied with the service and would use them again.

Description of Work: Emailed company requesting an estimate for a new roof. 3 days later I called on Monday requesting an appointment. Was told the secretary was busy and would get back to me. She never did. Tuesday night I received a phone call after 7:30 PM from Over the top. Thought the call was made at an odd hour but whatever. So set up an appointment to meet with "---" for Thursday at 11:00. 11:00 came and went. NO call as to where he was. 7:30 that evening I got the call....from "---". I said where were you? He replied...that he assumed that I knew that if it was raining he wouldn't be able to WALK on my roof!! I said walk on my roof?? what for?? My previous 6 roofers never walked on the roof to provide me with an estimate. Well he said how did they measure? and on and on it went....with one excuse after another...he couldn't see why I was upset..and didn't I know he was busy at the home show?? I said then don't make appointments with people if you are so busy. He interjected that he had 100's of customers.....and I said then you certainly don't need me!..He asked repeatedly if he could please come the next day. I said no...he was rude and inconsiderate and a poor representative of his NUMBER ONE RATED COMPANY....big deal....and that was experience with OVER THE TOP> NO THANKS.

Description of Work: We needed our vents replaced versus having our entire roof replaced and had a very hard time finding a company that would complete the work. Not only did they complete the job, the insured it and much to my surprise the new shingles match perfectly.

Description of Work: I called Dave on Thursday and left a voicemail indicating we would like to get an estimate for new shingles and a redecking of a rubber roof addition on our home, which is currently on the market. Indicated we would like to have the work done asap.

Description of Work: Dave and his team of professionals did a complete tear off of my roof and replaced the roof and shingles and all new gutters. It was the time, effort and most of all the crew and the extra care that was given that gives this company a great BIG thumbs up!!!!
