Neumann sold me a condo and then served as the head of the condo association. As a builder his units were okay. They were a bit overpriced but not too bad. As the head of the condo association, he was terrible. It took him over 10 months to fix ice damage to the roof, wouldn't return phone calls, and lied about progress when I did get a hold of him. Then when it came time to sell the condo, he would not provide financial documents when requested and failed to respond to the underwriters in a timely manner. Our closing was delayed a week because it took him 10 days to fill out one questionnaire. How Neumann is still in business is beyond comprehension.
