I'm always early and they are always ready for me. I love the punctuality of this team (Neroli East Side). My stylist is very helpful and is full of tips and tricks on how to get my hair to behave better (it's so thick and unruly). My esthetician is quick and my treatments are as pain free as possible. By far the friendliest salon of the Neroli's (many locations). I'd recommend it to anyone seeking hair stylists.

Quality haircuts and color. I have always been satisfied. They just did some remodeling too. The location is great and I like the atmospher. It's not just a haircut. It's a time to relax and be pampered. I'm completely satisfied.

I stopped going there because I wasn't so happy with them. I started feeling like they were cutting my hair so it would grow out. They didn't cut the hair that lasted. The last hair that I cut still looks good, and my hair was long then, but it never lasted. I got a pedicure for my birthday, and I was really excited. She made up her own pedicure and I was really bummed. It wasn't what I bought, it wasn't that great. I felt like I paid 3 times for a regular pedicure and I had paid for a Caribbean pedicure. I called them, and told them that I didn't get what I paid for, and they gave me my money back. They paid me some money back, because I said I would pay for what I got. You have this wonderful experience in your head, and I just didn't get that experience. They were pretty nice when I called to complain.

Great.. I was very happy to get an appointment on a Sunday! They didn't make me wait which was another bonus. Everyone was friendly, they made me feel very comfortable, but most important - I was happy with my cut.
The massage and hot towel is a wonderful bonus and I actually felt a little more relaxed for the rest of the day.
I will definitely go back.

I go to Neroli Salon and Spa for my hair. I was there about two months ago. I spent way too much, probably about $100 or more with the tip, between $100 and $125. They make you feel very welcome when you come in. They take your coats, they offer you a beverage, a hot beverage and an herbal scented cloth that you can wipe your hands with. You sit down and sip your coffee, you watch a video of the fashion show while you are waiting. Nobody bothers me, nobody wants anything from me. Nobody can find me for that hour and a half. It's clean, it's well kept, I had good success with the hairdressers that I've gone to, two of them. One for hair cuts, she is excellent her name is Vanessa and she is superb. And another young woman that I go to it Terry and she has been doing my hair for a few years now and I'm happy with her as well. It is very clean and it's a nice little break from every day activities. A little pricey. But I'm okay with it.

The person who checked me in asked if I wanted a coffee, water or tea. He said that my stylist would be out shortly. A few minutes later, I was sitting in the chair consulting with my stylist about what I wanted to change with my haircut. My hair was washed, cut, and styled and it looked great. The prices are reasonable at Neroli and the service is excellent.

I love the staff at the salon. They do a great job and are one of only a few places that dye lashes and brows. I wish their prices were a bit lower but they do a great job.

I really like them. They have a steam shower you can have before your massage. They have really nice robes. They soak your feet in soapy water before your massage. They are not a massage that says the massage is 50 minutes, and that includes your changing times and the time they spend talking to you. You get a full 50-minute massage.

They are probably more expensive than some other options in the area. I have been going to them for probably six years now, and it has been a good experience. I usually see Maria.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and there is a fireplace that creates this mood. There is also a foot bath to use before your service.

I've had a couple massages at Neroli, pedicure, hair color and haircuts. The prices are very high, but in line with most "spa" environments. If fancy bathrobes and water with lemons are what you want, they've got it. But in terms of a great massage, it was just okay. I've had better massages at many other smaller, less expensive, less fancy places (in particular, Healing Hands in Wauwatosa is great). At Neroli you're paying for the environment, not a great massage. The haircut/color prices are truly outrageous and the salon is noisy and not really a very pleasant environment, for all its "hip" intentions. And the haircut and color were just okay -- NOT worth the price.

The service was done in a professional and appropriate manner. The therapist informed me of what she would be doing prior to following through. I felt quite relaxed afterward, and my skin retained a healthy glow for several days afterward.

I used this salon for appointments every six weeks. While the customer service was satisfactory and the stylist was knowledgeable and friendly, the price rose from $28/cut to about $45/cut over a two-year period. I could not justify the expense, given that my hair is not processed.

When we arrived at Neroli, rock music was playing in the front-of-house--it was too loud and didn't match our goal of relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of busy, every day life. We asked the front desk staff about a new service being advertised the chakra massage, but no one had information about it. We were escorted to the locker rooms to change for services and I was informed that they did not have a robe in my size. While my husband and I waited, 4 staff members returned after 10 minutes to inform me that I should cover myself with a towel (or two robes, one worn backwards) to walk through public areas. I had been to Neroli several times in the past and had always been provided a proper sized robe. What was most off-putting, though, was the level of disinterest in wanting to accommodate us--it was as if they didn't care and it made us quite unwelcome. My husband and I received services which were acceptable--the therapists were competent, but after the way we'd been received it was hard to enjoy the experience. We showered after services and while I was blow-drying my hair I noticed someone standing behind me in silence (I was upside down and had my eye-glasses off while drying my hair). I gasped, stood upright and it took me a while to figure out that it was of the front-of-house staff member standing there (I needed to put my glasses on to even see her). I told her she d startled me and she said, I need to clean that mirror and she motioned for me to step aside. I was beside myself. I stepped aside; she wiped the mirror off and said I need to empty the garbage. I have to say, any glow I had from the service had dissipated. The last thing I needed after all of that was to be startled and then reminded that I need to assist with housekeeping. I have enjoyed services--massages and pedicures mostly--at Neroli for years and am now concerned that Neroli can no longer offer the same level of service it did before expanding to new locations. Staff is clearly untrained, immature and disinterested. What's more, I wrote to Neroli twice to pass along this feedback from our visit and received no response.

While my overall experience at the spa was positive, the quality of massages vary from therapist to therapist. They all claim to do deep tissue massage, but for some that just means pressing harder. They don't all seem to know the release points for muscle injury. Also, the prices seem high for Milwaukee.

The whole experience was fabulous. The salon aims to pamper with beverages, hot towels, and spa kimonos. Sydney gave me a fantastic cut!

ANN WAS WONDERFUL. I RECEIVED MASSAGES IN THE PAST, THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST I'VE HAD. THE EXPERIENCE WAS SO ENJOYABLE THAT I PURCHASED A SERIES AND RECEIVED A 15% DISCOUNT. THE AMOUNT I PAID INCLUDED THE TIP.

THIS WAS A FANTASTIC MASSAGE. THE OILS THEY USED WERE VERY RELAXING. I'VE HAD A LOT OF MASSAGES, AND THIS HAS TO RANK IN THE TOP FIVE. I WAS GIVEN A GIFT CERTIFICATE AS A GIFT SO I DON'T KNOW THE COST. THEY HAD A NICE STRESS-FREE AREA TO WAIT IN BEFORE MY MASSAGE. AFTERWARDS I SHOWERED WITH THEIR AVEDA PRODUCTS. AWESOME!
