Exceptional customer service. Both Steve and Bill responded to my need for repair service to a Recliner lift chair. They promptly (same day) evaluated the situation and suggested multiple options to remedy the problem. What a pleasure to meet professionals who actually care about helping customers and go above and beyond to resolve the issue. In addition to service calls , Mobility Plus also sells products that aid those with mobility needs. I will be using their services again.
