There actually was an issue in that the spring broke again in 6 weeks, but the mistake was handled in a super professional manner with no hassle or extra cost to me. Lifetime Door absolutely stands behind their work.

Great, it took 30 minutes and they did a great job!

Within a brief time repaired/fixed the loose sensor.
Performed maintenance on garage door, etc.
Provided lightbulb fixtures - which for some reason had not already been in there.
This is at my parents place so I asked questions , of what to do in the future for basic yearly maintenance and was told could easily buy lubrication fluid and do maintenance ourselves prior to and after every winter.
The service was affordable, reliable and top notch.
The door had been installed a few years ago by Lifetime Door also.

The service was very good. He was wonderful. He was prompt. He said he was going to come and did. He got the work done within three hours.

The springs broke on my garage door and it wouldn't lift.  I called Lifetime Door late that day, they were available the next day.  They called in the morning to let me know when they would be out.  The service person arrived right on time, and my springs were replaced quickly thereafter.  Great job and personable service.  I would use again.

Lifetime's service tech Pedro was friendly, efficient and professional. He replaced the door panel got the door in excellent working order and cleaned up the entire area. I definitely would use them again!!!

Easy dealing at the showroom and excellent service related to the installation.

Our garage door would not open and close all the way on a consistent basis so we called and I was able to talk with a live person not a voicemail which was very refreshing. She scheduled a service man for  the next day. He came on time and  diagnosed the problem as a short in the motor of our old opener. He told us that this was a common problem with older openers. He recommended a new opener and quoted a price of $370.00. By the end of the week the new opener was installed. The installer called us before he came and he even arrived earlier than scheduled. The installation took about 1 hour. He explained basic instructions and answered all of our questions. He was a courteous and efficient worker.

Our garage door spring busted on the evening of August 26th.  We called Lifetime door early on the 27th, and they were able to come out first thing the next morning (the 28th).  (An emergency, since we were leaving the next morning to go on vacation!)
The tech showed up in a camo pickup truck with no identifying marks.  He had long hair, and looked somewhat "unkempt", with no visible company logos, etc.  However, he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable.  
He quickly repaired our broken spring, as well as the 2nd spring (since we had no idea how much "wear" was left anyway).  While in the process of the repair, he noticed that one of our end bearings was also busted.  He again replaced both of those items.  He also gave the entire system a "once over", lubricating and tightening things as needed. 
Overall, we were very pleased with the responsiveness of the "emergency" call, as well as the quality of the work.  We would definitely use them again in the future!

Removed old door quickly and hauled it away after the job. One man installation went very quickly less than 2 hours. The quality of the door was excellent for the price. This Haas door had a higher R value than other doors for the price. Would recommend them to anyone.

One man did the entire job by himself in a few hours. The new door looks great and fits very well, especially the weather stripping all around the edges. Sometimes the new door would close and then immediately reopen. Pressing the button again would usually yield the same result. If we'd leave the door open for awhile and then come back another time it would close and stay closed. We indicated this problem on the follow-up contact card we received from the company and they came back and adjusted the opener at no cost. The problem has not reoccurred since.

I stopped into their showroom without an appointment.  We talked about what I currently had and what I was looking for.  They showed me numerous choices describing the cost, guarantee, time required to install and the advantages and disadvantages to each style shown to me.
After making my choice, I was informed that it would take two weeks to get it in as they did not stock the syle & color that I wanted.   Meanwhile they would replace the broken spring on my current door at not charge to me.  Exactly two weeks later they called to say the door was in and set an appointment with me to replace the door.  The installer called me that morning to say he was on his way would be there within 10 minutes.  He was. 
The man dismantled and removed all pieces of the old door and installed the new door.  Explained how the new door worked.  Showed me several features on the door that I was not aware of and asked if I had any questions.  He answered everything to my satisfaction and in easy to understand language.  He swept out the garage when done and the driveway in front of the garage door.  He hauled away all the pieces of the old door and all the hardware involved with the old door.  He was finished in less than 3 hours start to finish. 
The company and the installer were courteous, punctual, and very helpful.  The product is excellent.  My neighbors came to compliment me on the new door and one asked the man for the name and number of the company.  They were so impressed that they are planning on replacing their own garage door with one from Lifetime Door as well.
I cannot say enough good things about the service and their product.

Our old door is now working fine. 

A lifetime employee scuffed his dirty muddy feet across my parents freshly poured concrete driveway only two hours after the driveway was finished, Severely marring the surface. My elderly dad was there and saw all of this happening. My dad begged the lifetime employee to stop dragging his feet across the driveway, which then caused the employee to drag his feet even harder. A manager upon asking the employee what happened, found out that this indeed was the case and told my parents that lifetime would immediately pay for the damage. However, the boss Gary Kasprzak, decided that he did not want to pay for any of the damage. This is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional uncaring company that I have ever worked with in my entire life.

We needed a new overhead garage door and had seen a coupon from Lifetime in the paper, which we cut out and stuck on the fridge.  We forgot about it for awhile (also needed to put aside some $) then went to Lifetime with the coupon.  The salesman was taken aback, as while the coupon did not have an expiration date, it was dated.  He honored it without flinching, saving us $.  the job was done on time, and the door has performed perfectly.

We recently rebuilt our garage.  My contractor told me to go to Lifetime Door Co.'s showroom to pick out a garage door.  My experience with the folks in the showroom was very positive, they were very helpful in making the correct selection.  The showroom is very small, however, but it had enough examples to make an informed choice.  The quality of the door seems to be good and it looks very nice on our garage now that it was installed.  However, the experience with the installation was not very positive.  Lifetime Door Co did the installation.  When the garage was ready for the door to be installed, Lifetime told us that they could not find our order in their warehouse.  So we had to go on vacation and leave all our stuff in our garage without a door on it.  Then it turns out that they found our door the next day, but had given our appointment for installation away to someone else.  So they did not return until a week later.  When they did return, the man who installed our door did not install a garage door opener.  My husband asked him why and he was told that it wasn't on the work order.  Who installs a garage door without an opener these days??? So it turns out Lifetime was mistaken and yes of course we had ordered a garage door opener.  So we had to wait another couple of days for them to come back to install it.

They installed my garage door years ago and I gave them a call. I set up an appointment yesterday and they came out at 8:30 this morning. It took about 45 minutes. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the work.

The work was completed to my complete satisfaction. A requested telephone call a confirmation of the appointment time the day before it was scheduled didn't happen, but it didn't really matter because I was stuck at home for the whole day anyway, since my car was trapped in the garage by a broken spring on the old door. The installation technician, Pedro Arve, was professional, efficient and pleasant. Frankly, I wish all home services work was done this well. I'd recommend them highly. In fact, they were recommended to me by my boss.
