Price quoted was not what was charged. $800 in add-on fees when finalizing the paperwork. Promised to include a lifetime wax product, but they have no idea if it was applied before I picked up the car. Make sure you get all promises in writing because they seem to have a fair amount of turnover. Just because someone promised you a free detailing or free oil change, there is a good chance that person will no longer be at the dealership when you try to get the work done. All I can stress is get the final price IN WRITING before agreeing to buy a vehicle from these people and make sure you get all promises IN WRITING as well.

Bought Car and got Screwed on Trade-In My wife & I have purchased or leased 7 new Lexus cars from Jack Safro Lexus since 1994. All great cars & great experiences with the dealership! Jack Safro died recently. Since then things have really changed. His family recently sold the dealership. We purchased a new $56,000 Lexus from Safro in August, 2017. It is our belief that he Salesman flagrantly misrepresented & lied about the whole transaction. He claimed he does not remember details of the transaction. This cost us $2,000. The new Owner’s General Manager, for both dealerships, defended the salesman in Small Claims Court (no Attorney). They called us liars, hid behind the small print in the sales contract (which didn’t apply), and claimed the salesman was a good Christian (as if we weren’t). They claimed the salesman only made $200 on the transaction, and that their mission was to serve the poor on transactions like this (trade-in was 10 years old). So much for Lexus’s “Pursuit of Perfection”, and their Dealership’s stellar reputation in Milwaukee

What's amazing is they will even come to your home for technology repairs. The manager is Wade Shumocker. I would recommend them, have and will used them, again. They treat us ladies especially nice.

They are pretty high on price. They had supposedly washed and waxed my car but when we went to pick it up there was wax all over the windows on both sides and the back end so they could pay more attention to the finishing up.

The workers are nice. They have a nice waiting room. What stands out the most is the quick service and if its not going to be a quick service they give me a loaner car.

The guys at Lexus are terrific, very professional and I love going there. It is almost like going to a spa...wonderful waiting area, food, all the amenities of home almost. They never take advantage of me.

Lexus of Brookfield is h ands down best auto service around. I have purchased Lexus just because of the service! I am treated like a princess there and they always do great work. Never gouge and never over promise. Just great service always!

Anytime my husband required a service, he takes his Lexus here. He gets his car checked over. The experience is fine, wonderful. They are top class. They are friendly. If something does goes wrong, they go back in and fix it before it is a problem. They are very good. I would use them again in the future.

I like everything about them. They are very helpful. They are courteous. I have compared prices and it is good.

Very smoothly. They are honest and forth coming with prices.

They are very efficient, do their job very well and are nice people.
