John and his people did an excellent job of fitting us in between larger jobs. Fixed a drainage issue.

John came back after he had completed an initial foundation repair job for me and did a small tuck pointing job on an additional building located at the same property. While he was doing the first job, we had talked about him doing the tuck pointing if he/we had time. True to his word, when he was back in the area, he gave me a call and dropped by to do the tuck pointing. He even moved items that were in the way. I have yet to receive an invoice for this additional service and will be contacting John to find out what I owe him.

John was very responsive, personable and industrious. He did a lot of the work himself. I would absolutely hire him again if I ever have occasion to.

The owner came and he was pleasant. However, we decided to go some other way.

John and his crew hand dug a corner foundation repair to the drain tiles, patched, tarred, wrapped with plastic and filled with stone and fill dirt on top, as well as setting up proper grading around the house to prevent further problems. Great job and crew.

He has a personal interest in doing the best work possible - not overworking simple problems, but also coming up with practical solutions for more complex problems. His estimate was right on target and his pricing was very fair - considering the time it took, the work that was done and the quality of materials and craftsmanship. He always was very responsive to my inquiries and went above and beyond to service my unique needs (in my 100+ year old home). He is detail oriented, always demonstrating a desire to have the best quality work and finish the job as promised and to high standards. His team was professional and diligent; they were timely and very hard-working. It was a pleasure to work with them and to see the stunning results of what could be considered a stressful home repair (foundation work). I continue to be impressed with the work that was done and John's practical approach, friendly and ever-helpful manner, has made that possible. Thanks John!

Completed all work according to engineering recommendation and cleaned up afterwords.

Prompt callbacks. Very neat work. Clean-up great. Found reason for basement leakage without having to excavate outside. The final price was $500.00 more than estimated because he found that the basement leakage was due to plugged draintile which he fixed after he called and I OK'd the additional amount.
