Klein Ceramic TIle, Inc.

I have used Klein Ceramic before because there is no one who is better. During the construction phase, we made some changes to the shower and bath area. Ray, pulled out his phone to use as a calculator, he said, " i'll need to double check my numbers at home, but you'll probably save around $700 dollars by making this change."  This was really a stand up moment that exemplifies what you get from this company. Next, to the quality of the work. Simply the best. My first job was done about ten years ago, and was a custom shower, bath surround, and wall. People still are amazed at how well the room looks. Now, my house has settled a bit, so there are a few small cracks in some of the grout, but I can tell you, this happens even with older homes. (or especially if your floor isn't reinforced enough, etc) My bathroom upstairs don last year was a modern open shower, with no walls - we were limited with space due to the small bathroom size, but it drains great and looks even better. Again, people see this work and are really amazed. Finally, the price, of the three contractors I had bid the project Klein Ceramic was in the middle, but there wasn't much difference between the three. But with Klein Ceramic you are getting the best quality so the price in my opinion is a serious value. Why did I have to remodel two bathrooms? The original tile guy did not seal the drain pans well enough and they leaked causing a lot of collateral damage. You don't have to worry about this with Klein. These guys are the best and know what they are doing. I'll put it another way - a daughters friends dad is a contractor, guess who he used for his tile work on his new home? Klein.
