It was a very cold day and he started work right away the exterior fixtures needed some adjustment because they were not an at all similar to the original fixtures when he got to the lamp post it became more than just a simple replacement of the auto light sensor a new ballast kit was required. Luckily he found one and I had light by the evening. I had not anticipated the new ballast kit and the extra labor but it needed to be done. This is my first time having lights fixed so I can not give a comparison on service and cost. He was easy to work with and completed the project.

Dennis arrived 10 minutes early. Amazing! He was very friendly & professional. He did a really thorough job and even offered to clean up when he was done. Excellent job!

Kane electric promptly answered my call and set up a date a few weeks from the call. 2 gentlemen came on the day and time scheduled. They were polite but seemed frustrated or panic stricken when they looked at the job. Stated they did not know if they could do it. I was quite thankful that they did most of it. They called me and said the job was done, they were leaving, they locked the door knob, but I would have to come and lock the dead bolt. This was what we had agreed on. I was quite surprised to go to the home and find a loose electrical wire sticking out of the wall. I assumed they were going to come back or call me to be able to come back and take care of it. I was quite surprised to be billed as if the job was complete.

The work went fine. I gave them a B because I requested an estimate on installing basement rec room lights and was supposed to get estimate back, but never received anything.

I took advantage of the $77.00 Angie's List special for Kane Electric, purchasing the special on Saturday, October 12th. Mr. Kane called me first thing Monday morning and we scheduled the service call for Wednesday morning. On the day of service, Mr. Kane was running late and he called to tell me this, which I always appreciate. He arrived about 20 minutes after the scheduled time and complete the installation in a fast and efficient manner and cleaned up after the job was complete. I appreciate that a electrical service company was willing to do such a small job as a lot of them won't. I will be calling Kane Electric for any future electrical work I may need.

Mr. Kane was 1/2 hour late but made up for it once he arrived. Very professional and personable. Takes pride in his work. I would call on him again for electrical services.

It went well. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to repair it on the spot. The prior electrician had installed an exhaust fan and did not do it properly as he tied the half bath electricity into the full bath somehow. Anyway, Dennis quickly fixed the issues and installed what he needed to so the problem was resolved and my tenants were happy. He spent an hour and fifteen minutes. I had bought a deal for an hour worth of work for $77.00 and so all I was charged was the little extra time and parts. He is sending my invoice for that small amount. Worked with the tenant's schedule and was very thorough. I would recommend him and have saved his number in my phone.

They did very good work. The gentleman was very professional and on time. I would use them again.

I have been using them for years. They have done my bathroom and replaced all of the lights in almost the entire house. They are easy to work with and are good guys. It is a small company and they now know my house so they can't blame the other guy for messing it up.

Excellent. Was able to schedule me quickly. On-time, walked me through what he was going to do, didn't charge me for time spent mid-project for a trip to the hardware store, charged me for only 1/4 of an hour when he ran 15 minutes over. Will definitely use again.

Dennis quoted our job quickly and efficiently. In terms of conducting work he and his crew were punctual and thorough. The quality of work was great. Overall - no surprises which is what you want when working with someone on a project. We used Dennis on a kitchen remodel. He installed can and pendant lighting, brought our outlets up to code and added / capped off various outlets. He also handled microwave and dishwasher hook ups. I would definitely use him again.

We had to do a little bit of chasing down a contact after we purchased their posted deal, but from that point forward they were awesome. Prompt and courteous, the problem was fixed pronto. I would recommend them to my friends.

It eventually turned out okay but there were some bumps along the way. It was basically to go in and check and make sure that something was up to code which was brought to my attention by the city inspector. But it took several return trips in order to accomplish it. I think the bad part was the communication. The Angies List Big Deal Offer was for an hour of checking and breaking the panel. The tenants that were there said that the person that was send was only there for 10 minutes and did not do the work on the other hand he fairly compensated me for the fact that the work was not done. Better communication on the front hand between him and his employees probably saved time and got the job done sooner.

Electrician was on time. Drilled a hole through the outside brick facade and attached to electrical system. Double checked to make sure outlet worked correctly. Did a great job for a great price.

Work went very well. Two electricians showed up at promised time. Very courteous and efficient. This is the second time I have used this firm. Will definitely use them again -- if needed.
