I chose them exclusively because I wanted a vender that was based locally. The overall process went pretty smooth. It took about two months from start to finish. The closing was faster than I had ever experience before and was completed within about twenty minutes. The only drawback is that they did sell my contact information and now I am receiving a lot of marketing junk mail.
