There was a heating element out of my dryer that he was able to fix. He came out to work on a Sunday for me. There was no extra charge for that and he said he didn't mind working Sundays. He was extremely accommodating with the schedule. No trip charge.

It is owner-operated. They called ahead to be sure we would be home. Jerry replaced a part, resealed the vent system, and ran heat, temp, timer, and vent tests to get the drum operating again. He explained all steps and cleaned up after. The warranty is 90 days labor and 1 year parts.
