They were excellent. I thought it was great, i choice them for the quality of the product. The decorator was very helpful too in determining and helping me make my decisions which was overwhelming and the overall price of the product was good compared to the estimates from our previous company. They were professional, They were very prompt and on time, they explained the product to me. In honesty i thought she was extremely wonderful.

I originally took my 2 yr old daughter in solo to get her pictures. I went to the Brookfield store. I found the photographer to be clueless as to the toddler mindset. For example, he pointed to the new laser dot and told her to stand there. The pictures were taken in which I was not interested. I next took both my kids to the Southridge store. Since my toddler was in a mood, we had to reschedule. ON the third trip, the photographer I used last year took the assigned photographer in hand and I get some excellent pictures. She seems to be the only employee who gets small children. The ordering process was even more inconvenient. I was told that a new system has been installed. I knew the quality and quantity of my desired order. Unfortunately got an aggressive sales pitch throughout the transaction. When I went to pickup my order, I was shown prints which I had not ordered which were ceremoniously thrown in the trash when I refused to purchase them. What a waste.
