Ramiro arrived when he said he would; he gets right to work and did a beautiful job on our portico. Then he cleans up very fastidiously. He was on his hands and knees cleaning each tile of the flooring when he was done. He cleaned out the 5 gal. container and offered it to us for future use. He was careful not to clean up on the grass but on a stone area. He is very meticulous about his work. If you have trouble communicating with him in English, he puts his son on the phone who is very fluent in English. He comes to the house to do a free estimate, and it is easier to communicate with him in person. His excellent painting is worth a little difficulty in the communication. He is also just a very pleasant person to have around; very friendly yet professional.
