We might use them again this year. They are very responsive because we had some problems with one of our windows and they said they would send someone to fix it and actually they are coming back to fix it. This year we would be replacing some more of the windows and we have had good experience with them anyway. Valerie the owner is pretty good at getting back to you and making sure that things are done right. I did the replacing in phases. The quality of their product is good.

Kevin is the sales manager and he's great to work with. They have a very nice/good carpenter and his workmanship was outstanding. I love the doors especially. My windows that were replaced were rotting and they did all the carpentry for the installation.

The product was very bad. The glass in the door started to leak and then the frame was falling off. They would never return my phone calls and I would never recommend them to anyone. I had to use another company to replace the door within 2 years of it being installed.

They did an excellent job. The work was checked by a third party and the work is excellent. They are good at responding to any problems and provided a very hassle free experience. They are clean and neat and I would definitely use them in the future.

It is difficult to tell that new windows are installed! They matched the exterior and interior of my home very well. They arrived for the estimates, measurements, and installation as promised on time. The quality of work is very good. They did not leave any evidence of work, they cleaned any mess and/or scrap they had.

The window itself is fine, but the installation was horrible. The window was installed improperly. The window was not caulked to the frame. They were also not very punctual.

The workmanship was very good, cleaned up and hauled away. Great information and some choices on payment too. Never late to the house. Very nice people working for this company; they even treated our pets special too.

THE INSTALLER DID A REAL GOOD JOB, CLEANED UP PRETTY GOOD. SO FAR THE WINDOWS SEEM TO BE PRETTY NICE. PRETTY WELL SATISFIED WITH JOB!
