INEFFICIENT; UNABLE TO DO REQUIRED REPAIR AND TRIED TO PERSUADE ME A KEY THAT WORKS HALF THE TIME IS ACCEPTABLE. I WOULDN''T FEEL CONFIDENT OF HIS ABILITY TO COMPLETE A REPAIR JOB, AND WON''T HIRE HIM TO TUNE AGAIN BECAUSE IT TOOK FOUR HOURS. ALSO NOT COMFORTABLE WITH WHAT I PERCEIVED AS HIS ATTITUDE THAT THE JOB MOSTLY DONE WAS GOOD ENOUGH. VERY CHATTY AND PLEASANT.

PRICE WAS IN LINE WITH OTHERS. HE WAS A LITTLE LATE BUT CALLED TO LET ME KNOW. JOHN GOOTJES WAS THE TUNER; HE ENTERTAINED ME WITH HIS BEAUTIFUL PIANO PLAYING PERIODICALLY DURING THE TUNING.
