Our experience with FloorTech was excellent from start to finish. TJ is a knowledgable salesperson and oversaw our project skillfully. We had three different installers for each of the three steps:  subfloor, the vinyl tile, and the carpet. All did a wonderful job, with the finished floors looking great.

From the start, we have only good things to say. At the store, Jay, one of the owners, was very informative in assisting us with different samples to try at our home. When we decided on the styles and to employ Floortech, Jay set up an appointment for Jeff the estimator to come to our home to take measurements. Jay got back to us promptly by phone with the numbers. The prices were what we had hoped, so we met at the store with Jay to finalize the details, set up the installation day, and provide payment.
On installation day, our installers, Curtis and Randy arrived at the promised time and both hit the ground running. They communicated very well with us, as we were refinishing the "shoe" with new stain and varnish so they could re install it. This was a large job. It consisted of entryway, hall, kitchen, dinette, utility, and powder room on 1st level and 2 full baths on upper level.
Curtis and Randy work well together, take pride in their work, and it is very evident. We were very happy with the way they kept the place clean as they installed the flooring. They were finished on time having started on Tuesday and finished Friday !
We are completely happy with all of our new flooring. This experience exceeded our expectations and we would definitely work with this team again.

I will use them again in the future.
