They took half a day for installation and they did a great job. 

They are now located on Hwy 100 and Bluemound, near Colders furniture store.

Spent over $ 11,000 with them initialy and had to keep paying for them to come out and fix their mistakes. Time wore on and it was harder to schedule a technician to come for things that didn't work or had not been installed correctly. Last call I told them to come out and fix their mistakes. They only fixed one of several issues, said they would have to come back after picking up some parts. Called to verify time and day and found they had closed. I attempted to contact other outfits to come out, but they wanted to sell me new equipment to install. I recently found out that they had billed me for an hour, as the attorney for the courts has contacted me to pay my past due billing.

I purchased a 40 inch flat screen TV and a small sound system to go with it. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable. Also their customer service is excellent. After you get your TV home, you can call them with questions on how to properly use it. Most likely you will always talk to the same person in customer service. The trade off to the "pros" of Flanner's is that they usually are a bit more expensive than the "big box" store. In my opinion, because of their knowledge and great customer service, the trade off is worth it.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS ON TIME AND HAD GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH ME WHILE AT THE HOUSE. THIS ISSUE IS STILL UNRESOLVED NOT BY ANY FAULT OF FLANNERS TO THIS POINT IN TIME. MY TV SHUT DOWN AGAIN TODAY AND THE INDICATOR LIGHT TO CALL FOR SERVICE IS LIT UP. I WILL CALL THIS MORNING TO GET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
