We are doing a complete kitchen remodel followed by basement remodel. Our contractor sent us to Gerhards / First Supply on 127th Street in Brookfield. We were there roughly a month ago and picked out products. We had some questions. The blond said she would get back to us. They never got back to us.
I went there today (Sat) because we have been waiting so long. They closed the door early before the 1PM close time. The brunette saw me standing at the front door waiting and knocking and she walked right past. I waited until the staff came out and I mentioned they never got back to us and closed the door early today. I also mentioned to them that they saw me at the front door and did not open it. They told me to and quot;call Mondayand quot; and walked right past me.
Such arrogance and rudeness. I do not understand how they can stay in business.
If you want to work with staff that cares and is friendly for kitchen remodeling, try these two business:
Bath and Kitchen Specialists - 128th Street Brookfield, Wisconsin
ABand K Batch and Kitchen - 108th Street Greenfield, Wisconsin
Tell your contractors to NOT do business with Gerhards / First Supply
