THEY QUOTED US IN WRITING A ONE YEAR AGREEMENT OF $39.99 PER MONTH FOR OUR DISH CHANNEL PROGRAMMING. AFTER THEY INSTALLED IT THEY CALLED TO ACTIVATE AND THE PERSON TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT THE PRICE WAS GOING TO BE $54.95 PER MONTH. WE WANT THEM TO HONOR THE $39.99 PRICE THEY QUOTED US IN WRITING.
Description of Work: INSTALLED SATELLITE DISH AND EQUIPMENT AND SOLD US 1 YEAR DISH NETWORK TV AGGREMENT AND INSTALLATION PROGRAMMING.

Unfortunately, we must have had a misunderstanding during the sale. When discussing the monthly payment, we were quoting the price form the channels only, not including the other charges that Dish Network might add on for additional receivers. We regret the breakdown in communication and want to see the customer happy. We've sold many Dish Network systems, all with good results. A letter of apology has been sent to the customer and we are willing to offer a $50 in store merchandise credit. Unfortunately the minimal compensation offered to DCC precludes us from offering anymore. Additionally, the customer did receive over $600 worth of equipment for only $50.
