Satellite TV Equipment Service
They charged our credit card $49.99 for installation, even though they knew there would be no installation that day. I was to call and cancel the appointment AFTER the technician left & my money would be refunded within 7 business days. A month later, it still wasn't refunded. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. Given that, I would never deal with this company ever again.
