+ -1 moreThought our dryer was shot. Smelled like burning wood. Called and before doing anything else, to disconnect the back hose and run it. That it was most likely plugged at the dryer. Sure enough, that was the problem. It was plugged with lint right behind the dryer. Took about 30 minutes. Works and smells perfect and dries cloths faster. I will be checking this yearly and highly recommend people do the same. We sincerely appreciate their help and guidance!
