Plumbing
He plumbed it so that the time to get hot water is increased. In other words it was poorly installed. It took a long time to get the job scheduled. After the job was finished I asked for a receipt and was told that one would be sent via the mail. I have asked 4 times to get the receipt and still do not have it as of 3-2010.

The one thing that impressed me about him was that he immediately was able to tell me what was wrong with my shower. There was a leak and he told me exactly what to do to get it fixed. It ended up not really being a plumbing problem. I had another plumber come out that told me I would have to tear apart my bathroom and re-do everything. I saved a lot of money doing it the other way that was suggested. I haven't had any problems since. He was clearly doing the work for me and not just to make money.
