A good job. My carpets look good and spots were removed that were not removed by a previous cleaning. No smell, quick dry time. Great service, knowledgeable provider. I would definitely utilize again and highly recommend.

I was incredibly pleased with the service technician that cleaned our carpets. He was very professional and courteous. I have white carpets in part of the house. With 2 teens and 1 tween, my carpet was VERY dirty. Chem dry did an excellent job getting the carpets clean and looking very nice. I did pay a lot extra for a protective coating. I would not do that again. It is hard to tell at this point if the coating is beneficial and worth it, but it was very expensive. I also don't like the way the carpets feel with the coating. I would definitely recommend Chem Dry. They are a little more expensive than other carpet cleaners, but worth it!!!

The cleaner was prompt. We were quoted $110 but charged $120 for the service. The cleaning was quoted to take 1 hour, but it was 2.5 hours before he was finished. He was personable and professional. We were told that the carpets would be dry in 2 hours.
However, 6 hours later the carpets were still WET. I had to keep my children out of the house for the entire day, which is not what I had planned. When I called Tina she was mildly apologetic and said "these things happen infrequently". She offered to bring some fans by the next morning. No partial refund, not even an offer of a discount or coupon next time.
Overall, the service recovery was poor.
However, 6 hours later the carpets were still WET. I had to keep my children out of the house for the entire day, which is not what I had planned. When I called Tina she was mildly apologetic and said "these things happen infrequently". She offered to bring some fans by the next morning. No partial refund, not even an offer of a discount or coupon next time.
Overall, the service recovery was poor.

They did a nice job - best carpet cleaning service that we've ever used! The carpets remained wet until the next day (supposed to be dry in a few hours) but considering how clean they got them, we were fine with this. Just a warning in case you really need them dry the same day. They did have to go over some spots a number of times so that probably contributed to the longer drying time. I used a coupon from Angieslist / internet. My only thought is that the price seemed slightly high to me given how long it took them to clean the carpets (few hour.) I would definitely use them again!

Larry & Vince did a great job cleaning the carpets. We had several tough, pet/vomit stains all of which they were able to remove! They worked hard and thorough to clean the carpets, they look clean and fresh. They were both pleasant and professional, I will use their services again.

Our carpets look great. They arrived within the specified window and were very efficient with our time, which I appreciate. Our carpets look great and were dry enough to walk on in a few hours. There was also no chemical smell like there was with some other carpet cleaners we have used in the past.
However, there are a few things I would improve:
1) I mentioned on the phone that I was a member of Angie's List, but we did not receive the discount. My husband was home when they finished and did not know to specifically ask. But I would have hoped that they would have asked, or marked down that we were members at the time of the appointment.
2) I made the appointment pretty far in advance, but I had to call them the day before to confirm the appointment and what time they would arrive. I would have appreciated a confirmation phone call.
3) The cleaner did not put any booties over his shoes in my house. I had just finished washing the kitchen floor, and some liquid, footprints, etc were tracked in. I have a baby crawling around so generally don't want people wearing their dirty shoes in my house.
Overall, though, I am very satisfied with how the carpets look and would recommend them again.

Bob, the service technician, arrived on time and, after ascertaining what I wanted cleaned, got quickly to work. His work was neat and professional. I had a bedroom, hall, steps, and three area rugs cleaned. They looked great when he was finished.
