Gerald did a wonderful job installing the water softener, iron curtain, and Reverse Osmosis system! He did an awesome job explaining how everything worked and was efficient. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about well water. We now have excellent water throughout the house!

They are professional, reasonably priced and have integrity in their field.  They always clean-up after themselves as well.  I highly recommend them.

Very rude older gentleman.  Lazy, needs to retire!

I asked them to fix the pressure in the kitchen faucet.  He told me to change the little screen filter and it would fix the problem.  He did not have one to put in nor did he offer to do it!  I bought one myself, put it in and it did not change the problem!

Will never call them again!

I contacted George in the morning. We tried to schedule a different date, but only that evening was working with my calendar, and George agreed to come out. It turns out it was his day off. He was prompt, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. Did a great job.

VERY PLEASED OVERALL. TOM IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT BOTH WATER SOFTENERS AND THE TYPES OF WATER IN DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE MILWAUKEE AREA. HE TALKED ABOUT THE PROS AND CONS OF DIFFERENT SOFTENERS (HE SELLS SEVERAL). HE INSTALLED THE EQUIPMENT HIMSELF AND EXTENDED THE SERVICE WARRANTY. I WAS IMPRESSED AND PLEASED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
