I was unable to get my safe open. The lady that answered the phone was very nice. Larry came out to fix my safe and he was very nice and answered all the questions that I had. He also had me practice with opening my safe before he left. They were absolutely wonderful.

They were the cheapest that we found and very quick! On our property we have an office building and garages; he came up with a system to where our company engineers can get into all the garages but the tech people can only access their garages. They were nice to work with, stayed out of the way and didn't ask a lot of questions, and we would recommend them to any business, we were very impressed!

My experience with Bonafide Security is mixed. I had good results with a single deadbolt installed in my condo, but Bonafide really let me down with a subsequent order. I ended up requesting my deposit back and took my business to a competitor.
CONDO
I was looking for a "brick and mortar" locksmith that had an actual physical location, not just a guy working out of the back of his truck. Bonafide has this. The quoting and ordering process went smoothly. The technician who performed the installation was courteous and efficient. Overall, a good experience. Based on this $432.00 job, I placed another order to have five (5) MEDECO deadbolts installed in my Mother's home.
MOTHER'S HOME
This time I had to stop in at Bonafide to get the order rolling. Once all details were figured out, I gave Bonafide a $500.00 deposit for a $2300.00 order. Six weeks later, I started calling Bonafide to inquire when my order would be finished. I called a total of six (6) times, leaving a voice mail or speaking to someone who assured me they would update me on the status of my order. NO ONE CALLED BACK. This took three (3) weeks. Frustrated, I stopped in an personally spoke to the owner, Mr. Mick Egan. I told him the situation, and Mike assured my he would get back to me. MIKE DID NOT CALL BACK EITHER. I eventually stopped in again and Mike offered my deposit back, supposedly that same day. I left, but the REFUND WAS NOT ISSUED THAT DAY.
Several emails later, I HAVE received my $500.00 deposit back, but never got and explanation as to why no one would call me back.
Not going back to BONAFIDE.

Initially had some difficulty in locating "spring lock" on existing knob. Once the "spring lock" was disengaged replacement of the existing knob and the aesthetic coordination with the doors lock and retention brace worked out better than expected.
