Brian Sellman was referred by an acquaintance as a reasonably priced, professional contractor. Initially, I planned to have him install ready made cabinetry in our kitchen but as I came to know him and understand his capabilities we redesigned the kitchen and he hand crafted my cabinetry. Brian has so many design ideas that he shares - I couldn't be more delighted with the cabinetry. It is beautiful and totally functional for our needs. Brian has spent a considerable amount of time in our house and I feel totally comfortable having him there. He is so responsive to my ideas and incorporates them with his vision. Over a two year period, he has never failed to return a call or has not been at the house when he said he would. He is very professional and totally cleans up every day. In the spring after he completed our house some caulking was loose around the moldings - he came promptly and fixed it perfectly. He is a gem and I would absolutely recommend him for any kind of work. I know that what he charged us for our work was less than I would paid elsewhere. Brian is excellent with design and spent many hours accompaning me picking out materials, paint, fabric, etc. (without charging additionally) - always conscious of getting good quality for the best price. Brian provides a quote and stays within that price. Even though he works by himself, he stayed with our job until it was completed. Right now he is back at our house remodeling our master bath and doing his usual excellent job.

I had moved into a house that had very old ragged carpets from the early 50's throughout the whole house, kitchen cabinets and entertianment centers that were very out dated. When I contact BAS Unlimited to schedule an appointment and fell in his 30's showed up to look at things I would need and gave me a rough estimate. Then within a week he had the quotes for me. He was very receptive to working with me to pick out and match colors and looks. I had an interior designer and let him go because BAS Unlimited did a better job at picking the color and feel of the room. He worked with me enthough I had changed my mind many times. I give him a $10,000 bonus because I would have paid almost double the overall cost for what he did.
