It went fine. I use them all the time. I would recommend them and I would say that they do a good job. They're in and out quickly. They do exactly the job what they were hired to do.

They were very upfront with costs and it was ready when promised, they were very thorough and cleaned the machine well. The job was done right, on time and on budget.

They were able to fix the issue very quickly as promised, which is great cause it's snowed twice in the last week! I highly recommend them over other local repair shops we have used in the past! We will use them going forward for our riding lawn mower, because their costs are better and the service is better!!

The work went very well. It isdone quickly and efficiently. Both the mowing and all the trimming are done very well in a short amount of time. And after the cutting is complete, all the clippongs are blown off the drive and walks.

B and B Services is well-known in this area for repairing all small engines. I was impressed with the fact that they picked up my snow blower and after working on it, they delivered it right back to my garage.

During the course of repair, Bryan called to inform me of the reasons the snow blower was not working; it was repairable, what the cost would be and when he would be finished repairing it. He is very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. He is a very patient and thorough man.

I was impressed with B and B Services and the quality work that Bryan performed. I would highly recommend his business to anyone requiring small engine repairs. His delivery service personnel was also professional and accommodating.

Make an appointment early in the season as this company has many customers and a thriving business. They are worth waiting for.

Brian called to tell us when the 2 man crew would be here. Marty and Brian (a different Brian) arrived with special equipment and quickly cleaned up all the leaves, cut and trimmed the grass, and blew off the sidewalks, driveway and patio. The next time they came they again took care of the leaves, cut down the plants in the garden, cleaned the gutters, cut and trimmed the grass, blew all the clippings off the patio, driveway and sidewalks. I was impressed that Marty knew plants so well and understood which ones I wanted cut down and which ones I wanted to keep for winter interest. Also, I realized the importance of having a company do these projects since they had such great equipment to do the work quickly. They had a riding vacuum/blower for the leaves and each of them had a lawn mower and one was huge.
We realized how stupid we were for not hiring B and B years ago! Instead of dreading Fall and the huge task of cleaning the yard we were able to enjoy the season. We will use them this Fall also.
We are now using them for cutting the grass this year (2012) and are very pleased with them. I even asked Brian if Marty could remove a large shrub that died over the winter and he did it so quickly that I didn't even see him dig it out and they even took the shrub away in their truck!
We are thinking about hiring them for snow removal this winter.
