They were just excellent.  The work went on smoothly and they were extremely helpful.  The personality of the people was just really excellent.  They are located close enough from our house to walk up there.  They are very efficient.  They are very timely.  They got back to us right away.  There were no hassles.  We’ve sold a couple of houses and they were extremely helpful.  It was a real easy deal.  I don’t know if it’s because of the experience.  The people were just excellent.  They just went out of their way and they were friendly.  That’s why we liked them and we’ve had no problems.  They were efficient.  We had to have an appraiser and they came out right away.  It was just such a pleasant experience that I thought they deserve a recommendation.  We love them.  We’ve been dealing with them for a very long time.  We’ve had such great experiences with them.  They are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.  I couldn’t have asked anything to be different.  We’ve been through this a number of times.  They answer all our questions.  We would use their services again in the future.
