All About Windows & Siding Inc- by Abby Windows

Back in 2002 we had 6 of our original windows replaced with Preservation windows by a company called  All About Windows & Siding, Inc owned by Rob Kuehl. We have been happy with our 6 Preservation windows so when we decided to do our remaining windows in 2015 it was obvious to use the same contractor and windows; however, I discovered Rob had retired and sold his business to Abby. Rob's company had been so awesome that I was hesitant to use someone new and voiced that concern to our sales guy, he passed my concern on to Abby who immediately contacted me and put all my concerns aside especially when I found out that Rob's employees had stayed on with Abby Windows.

Everything about the entire process was as it should be, they guys arrived on time, protected my furniture with sheets, installed the windows without incident, and showed me how to use them.

I had an issue come up with one of my Preservation windows from 2002 that was covered under warranty and Abby Windows took care of it for no charge even though I didn't buy it from her company.

I gave the pricing a "B"  because I didn't get pricing from anywhere else so I have no price comparison and believe the overall price to be fair.

And lastly, if you are lucky enough to have Andy sent out on your install please know he is a man of very few words but he REALLY knows his stuff!

They worked and did not bother me. Someone came out earlier just to discuss with me what needed to be done and they did the measurements. I came home one day and someone was out there doing the work. They had to wait for the weather to permit it. They did the work. It all looks good. The only thing that surprised me is that no one ever did a follow up call to see if I was pleased or to do a walk around the house or the garage to see if everything met my satisfaction. It did, but I just found it strange that there wasn't a final walk through.

It started as a $2,000 project, but our house had several unusual elements, and we ultimately decided on a pretty significant upgrade in the type of gutter system.  Those changes, I think, led to a bit of a delay in getting the job completed, and the price went much higher than our mindset at the start.  Nevertheless, Abby explained everything as we finalized the changes, was fair when pricing the upgrades, and once the job got rolling it was done quickly, professionally, and the clean-up was good.  All dealings with Abby's company were fair and reasonable.  I'd recommend them.

The roof was done as promised.  The crew cleaned up after themselves.  Price was very reasonable.  Rob showed integrity and compassion.

The entire team at all about windows - sales staff, managers and installers are professional, very competent and the product (doors) exceed my expectations.

Work was done in a days time.

We had a very drafty basement with a couple of spots where rodents were clearly making in through the sill plate.  Just pulling out the insulation and replacing with new was not an option.  I have very violent allergies that make working with the dirty pink stuff a non-starter.  In a short three and a half  hours Rob and Andy had the old stuff pulled out and bagged up, stuffed steel wood into all holes and rodent access points, and sprayed 4" of expanding foam in place.  It is guaranteed that no mice will make it in through this stuff.  We had most everything covered with plastic but there was no errant loss of foam on any our our plastic covered valuables. 
The foam Rob used in very new.  It is actually toxic for about two minutes requiring them to wear HEPA masks.  He advised us to take our cats to a neighbors for the morning.  Some of his associates claimed that the masks were not required but as I told him that is what asbestos workers were told 60 years ago.  We both decided to error on the side of health.  Within 4 hours we were back in our home and Rob and Andy were packed up and on to the next job. Very  nice and very professional.

Everything went well and we were very happy with the project. 

Awesome job! Very pleased with their professionalism, quality of products, & craftsmanship. They went out of their way to improve the smallest details. We are so pleased we have now hired them to replace all our windows this year.

Mr. Steve, the salesperson, was prompt, knowledgeable and informative.  Installers were prompt and finished the job in 1 day, and did a neat job.  They took away the old windows and left the house spotless.

I had this company come to the house in the past and install 10 windows in my house. At the time of that project, I was looking to have the house sided as well.  I was very pleased with the way the windows went, so I had Blake (the operations manager) come to the house and give me a quote on the rest of the work that needed to be done: 5 second floor windows and siding for the house and garage.  Blake sat at my table for a long time, working numbers and coming up with a great product at a price I could afford.  It was a bit of time before the project started, but I guess that's part of the supply ordering process.  As the project was started and progressed, I was VERY impressed with the craftsmanship of Felix (the installer) and Mark (the helper).  Felix did a lot of extra details that my neighbors did not have done in their projects.  I was amazed at the pride he took in his work.  The only thing that I COULD complain about is the length of time it took to complete the project.  Although, I CAN'T complain about the time it took because the project is immaculate and I can't find one fault.  Every time I came home, Felix and Mark took me around, showing me that progress they'd made and explained the process to me.  The pair of them were friendly and patient of the questions I had.  They were totally respectful and kind, unlike a lot of other companies' installers out there.  I would (and have) recommend AAWS for any of the needs someone has for the exterior of their house.  Totally satisfied and amazed.  Thanks, AAWS.

I contacted this company on a referral from AL.  The demonstration of the windows was very informative and not pressuring at all.  I felt like I had all of my questions answered and I was given a wonderful explanation of the options I had.  I was very pleased; everyone I dealt with was (is) very professional.  The first sales representative, Jay, was very responsive and answered all of my calls promptly, and even went the extra steps of meeting me at times that were very convenient.  I did take advantage of the financing they provide by a third party bank, and that went very well.  After the initially ordering of the product, I dealt directly with Blake, the manager of the outfit.  Even though he has a very busy position, he was never unavailable to me for questions or concerns.  I always got courtesy calls from AAWS to give me updates on ordering and scheduling.  The installers were amazing, they were very courteous when they left, there was no trace that they had been there, besides the amazing windows and doors!  I only have ONE negative comment and that's that they had a mechanical problem with one of the trucks and that delayed measuring and prep by one day.  Again, communication was stellar so I was not left in the dark about this at all.

Good experience!  Mr. Jay, the salesman, worked very hard to please us, and he even moved the installation day to accommodate the Father's Day party.   The installers were top-notch.  Mr. Jay spent considerate time at the installation.

My husband and I agree that this is one of only a couple of contractors that we have dealt with that we constantly brag about.  They were one of the nicest and most professional companies out there.  We listened to numerous high pressure sales pitches before finally settling on All about Windows and have been happy ever since.  We will soon get a quote on doors from them too.

Excellent.  We've had All About Windows and Siding replace windows on this home and northern exposure doors earlier this year, and were certain we would use their services again.  Rob Kuehl is phenomenal, and quite simply, the best there is. Andy is quite introverted, and I knew this previously, as it is difficult to get him to engage in a conversation, though he does excellent work.

This company, along with their installers, were outstanding. We had problems with several windows shortly after they were installed (no fault of the installers), and, within a week, the replacement parts were here, and replaced. I would reccomend this company to anyone.

His crew is very adaptive for any of the cutomer needs. The quality if the bathroom remodel is still holding in there after all these years!!
