He wasn't as neat as he should have been, as he got a spot on my carpet. He cleaned it up and it was fine.

Overall grade is A+. Timely estimate and fair priced. Work performed earlier than expected. Job was done at a high quality. Could not recommend any higher!

Working with Jeff was great. He responded very quickly to my call and made an appointment with us during our initial call. He presented various alternatives and we considered replacement of our gutters. Instead, we decided to repair the minor leaks and Jeff took care of that for us, even though it isn't a normal service he offers. Jeff was very professional and a pleasure to work with. When we need to replace our gutters, we know who we will call.

Jeff was extremely easy to work with and did high-quality work while still performing the task quickly. He kept us informed of the project status, and his demeanor was very professional. He gave us many options and keep the window replacement within budget.

Everything was great, the estimate I got was accurate and once I gave the go ahead Jeff wasted no time in getting the materials ordered and the job completed. I gave the go ahead on Tuesday, the materials arrived on Friday and by Saturday afternoon the job was complete. The new gutters look great and the service was excellent. I would definitely use 1st Rate again.

Excellent job. I left in the morning and came back in the early afternoon and the work was nearly done. The yard was spotless and the new gutters and downspouts looked great. He recommended the type and steered me away from something more expensive that wouldn't have been better for me.

JEFF WAS ON TIME IN THE MORNING, AND HAD ORIGINALLY TOLD US THE WORK WOULD TAKE A DAY AND A HALF, BUT WAS COMPLETELY FINISHED AND CLEANED UP WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK THAT EVENING. JEFF WAS INCREDIBLY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID A GREAT JOB ON THE WINDOWS. WE ARE GOING TO CALL JEFF WHEN WE REPLACE THE WINDOWS ON THE FRONT OF OUR HOME LATER THIS YEAR!

I AM SO HAPPY THAT WE WENT WITH 1ST RATE! WE LOOKED AT THREE OTHER BUSINESSES AND NONE OF THEM CAME CLOSE IN PRICE. THE BOW WINDOW ALONE WAS AT LEAST $2000 LESS THEN THE LOWEST QUOTE FROM THE OTHER COMPANIES. JEFF WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST AND VERY DETAILED IN HIS WORK. I COULD TELL HE REALLY CARED ABOUT THE JOB AND I WASN'T JUST ANOTHER CLIENT. HE HAD THE JOB COMPLETED UNDER HIS ESTIMATED TIME SO WE WERE ABLE TO ENJOY OUR NEW WINDOWS EVEN SOONER THAN EXPECTED! WE HAVE BEEN GETTING COMPLEMENTS FROM ALL OF OUR NEIGHBOR'S ON THE WINDOWS! THE OUTSIDE TRIM HAS MADE SUCH AN IMPROVEMENT TO THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND 1ST RATE TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT WINDOWS.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE CONTRACTOR RETURNED TO FINISH THE JOB AND NOTICED SOME OF THE SOFFIT ALUMINUM THAT HE INSTALLED WASN'T UP TO HIS STANDARDS, I ONLY NOTICED IT AFTER HE POINTED IT OUT TO ME. HE ORDERED REPLACEMENT MATERIAL AND CAME BACK TO FIX IT. EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT WHEN HE WAS DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1ST RATE EXTERIORS.
