Recently had my roof replaced by Lifetime Exteriors LLC. The whole process was amazingly simple. Kurt took care of everything from start to finish. He worked directly with my home owners insurance company and made the experience very easy. I would highly recommend Lifetime Exteriors for all of your roofing, siding and remodeling needs!!!
He has a small crew, no more than 3 or 4, at any one time so it did take longer than a major construction firm who can place a big number of people on the job, but they would alot charge a lot more as well. We saved so much that we were able to have them reside teh garage as well.
Our home was built in 1930s and had the original wood siding still on it. When it was removed there were a number of surprises especially concerning the condition of some of the windows. They rebuilt 6 matching the remaining ones very well. Insulation was added in the rebuilt areas. Kurt would call us or email us and let us know what he had found. Together we'd come up with a good economical way to fix it.
As with any contractor when first agreeing to a contract make sure everything you want done is listed. My wife and I thought we had asked them to recaulk the existing windows but it was not recorded in the contract bid. That is something I can do. I didn't mind as I was going to do some of the repairs myself until my wife talked me into residing the entire house. All in all it was no big deal.
Kurt and his crew are very nice and courteous, and do a great job cleaning up as they work. We've had other people do some things and left us a terrible mess to clean up.
We are very proud of our home right now. It makes us smile every night when we return home from work. And teh roofing they did 5 years ago still looks great.
