The project just seemed to fly by. The demolition phase of the walls was the most difficult and the fastest phase. The walls were taken down and a new support beam was installed. This support beam necessitated the installation of a footing in the crawl space. Once the new support beam was in, we removed the old tile and carpet throughout. The bar/kitchen counter was laid out with a frame for the cabinets and counters. At the same time, the electrician worked to install the conduit for the canned lighting and counters. The hardwood flooring went in after leveling a portion of the floor. Cabinets were delivered and installed and plumbing completed on the same day. The project went so smoothly it is a bit difficult to remember all of the steps as they seemed to be seamless in their work. The coordination of the project had people on site at the exactly correct time and supplies arriving in the same manner. Exceptional workmanship and cleanliness during the project!
