I called and told him what we wanted and asked his opinion on what was the best route to go. He gave us his advice and a price. He stuck to the price, there weren't any hidden details. We had him install our home heat a couple years ago. At first there were some issues with the furnace. He came right over, called the furnace manufacturer found the problem and had it fixed asap. It turned out there was a faulty circuit board part.
