ServiceMaster Restoration & Cleaning is a locally owned and operated franchise of Jamie and Leslie Bodsberg. Since June of 2007 they have been serving customers in Wisconsin, and currently serve Menomonie, Hudson, Hayward, Rice Lake, River Falls, Spooner,Siren,Somerset and surrounding communities.

It was the company that our insurance company sent out. They were covered by our insurance. They were the first to respond. They extracted the water and the whole house was damaged. It was a lot of extensive damage. They put us up someplace else while the repairs were being done. We didn't get to get back into our house until January 7th of 2014. That's how long it took to get it done. The manager came out to look at it. I didn't use Service Masters to do the work.

I contacted the company by phone and spoke with Beth. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant. We set up an appointment that was convenient for me, two weeks ahead. The day of the appointment, Jordan the technician called to let me know he was running one hour late. True to his word, he was one hour late. Jordan did a great job! He took his time and cleaned each piece with care. I had made a mistake in describing the furniture, so they had booked less time then needed to do the job. Jordan did not complain, he simply stayed till the job was finished. He did a great job!

They were very good and actually fun. They sent three ladies and they worked five-and-a-half hours. They were here six hours; they took a half-an-hour off for lunch. So, that's 15 hours of work for $400. They brought their own ladders and everything. They were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. In fact, it was too rainy to do some of the windows and they put right on the invoice, "we will come back to do the windows." We will use them again in the future, without any question.
