I purchased my furnace and had them to install it and they charged me on a time and material basis. It took them way too long to do that and I feel they took advantage of me. They even charged me for driving to another town. I ended up not having a good relationship with them. The workmanship was pretty shoddy. They took a sledgehammer and busted through the exterior brick to get the furnace exhaust out and that was not the proper tool to make a hole in the wall. They left the whole in the wall and he never did bother to fix it. It was a real bad experience and the pricing was terrible. They even left the old furnace in the basement so I have to deal with getting rid of it. He was responsive and I could get a hold of him real quick. I would never use them again.
