We really enjoyed working with Todd and his team. He came highly recommended from a friend in real estate/property management, and he lived up to his reputation. Price was very competitive. Work was done to a high level of quality and excellence. Would highly recommend. There were a few times I wish he had communicated things to us sooner, but once we gave him this feedback I felt like we were really on the same page. Highly recommended!

It wasn't a big surprise to me that Next Step found rot when they pulled out the old door--I had suspected something was going on. What I did not expect was that they replaced what was rotten, put in the new door--which they gave great advice on selecting--and replaced the exterior siding and interior trim around the door with such care that you would never know the door was not original.

Honestly, I didn't expect to spend this much, but it was worth every penny--and, I'll probably make it up quickly in energy savings because the entire room in warmer since the new door went in. I'm glad I listened to their recommendation on the door.

I've recommended Next Step to two other people looking for reliable and trust-worthy remodeling contractors. I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

The project started on time and finished early. The estimate was followed and no additional costs where charged. Any changes were confirmed and priced before they were done. Overall the workmanship was excellent. There was high attention to detail and everyone made sure not to dirty up the rest of the house. True professionalism. Todd is great at communication. I would recommend him to anyone needing construction.
