We built a new house and had Rick and his crew do the framing, roofing and siding. We looked at a few other houses Rick had built and were pleased with what we saw. We also were referred to Rick by 2 different individuals that are in the home building industry and both said they would use him to build their house. He is a very personable guy and has a great demeanor.
Rick?s bid was very competitive. He wasn?t the absolute lowest, but we felt comfortable with the level of his quality for the price.
The project started on time and he jumped on things right away. He pulled in additional resources to make sure he stayed on our timeframe. Along the way, we made adjustments which Rick was always willing to listen, make suggestions and ultimately let us make the final decisions on what to do/not to do.
It ended up they did a great job. We are very happy with the end result.
