A+ Plumbing

Our water heater quit on us and A+ showed up promptly with a replacement and got it installed in short order. He also looked at another faucet and gave some advice.

Replaced a 10 year old AO Smith water heater with a Bradford White water heater. It went very well. No problems as of today 06/02/2017.

Appointment went as expected: some parts, that were covered under warranty, needed to be ordered. The service technician was courteous and professional.

The dishwasher was not draining. He came out and showed me exactly what was wrong and even showed me how I could take care of it myself. It took about forty-five minutes to take care of everything. I would say Mike was friendly, helpful and professional. He also was polite, neat and I really liked that he showed what I could do myself.

As always, A+ did a great job. They do quality work and are easy to deal with.

The staff of A+ plumbing were all professional, courteous, and kind. They showed up on time and even made suggestions that saved me money. I appreciated that they gave me options rather than just selecting for me. I highly recommend them to others.

He was efficient, and courteous. He took his shoes off when he came in the house. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to come in and do the work. He called before he came, so I had a heads up. He was prompt when he came. He was within minutes of what he said he would be. He was very businesslike. He went straight to work, got his work done. He cleaned up his mess. He was very good. Everything worked just fine, so we were very happy with that. From the previous experience I had with the other plumber, I would say their pricing is a little bit less per hour but I think I got more efficient work.

They were on time and cleaned up well after themselves. They did a great job. If I had any problems, they came right out to fix.

It went Ok. They installed a water heater but obviously didn't take notes on the situation. Because once the tech. got out there he was a little shocked at how hard it would be to remove and instal. Luckily I was there with another one of my employees to help him remove and install the new one (when that time came) Without us, he could not of performed his job. Basically I paid one of my employees to help with the install. The tech broke a piece on my sliding door when removing and installing it back (which keeps it on track, but did not notice because when I showed back up the next day I saw it laying on the floor). He left the location a bit messy as well. I've hired them in the past with better success than others so even with this situation, I would hire them again.

The work was done well, and I was overall satisfied with the end result. There was a billing issue that was difficult to resolve, and my experience was somewhat less than pleasant because of it.

Project took a day and the team was in and out of the house without me really knowing they were there, except I had a new tub!
There was some confusion about the drywall around the shower but it was a miscommunication on my part. They did offer recommendations on who to call but I had a friend take care if it.

I will hire them again for similar projects. Cost and time effective and left my bathroom clean.

The service tech showed up on time and with a fully equipped truck, which is no small deal when you are not exactly sure what the problem may be with the toilet. He had a camera to check the sewer line and the equipment needed to remedy the problem. We were very impressed with the job done and the willingness of the tech to work with us and explain the needed work.

They are a professional plumbing business and I thought they did a great job.

They did a nice job. They were prompt in getting here and took care of the problem. They were friendly and I would use them again.

Job was performed well. He came on time and communicated well.

It went great. They were on time, efficient, competent, and they were nice people. The one guy did work behind the radiator without moving the radiator. It was like a surgery, as he was pretty amazing.

Went well, we call them often and it always goes well. They were here at the agreed time, took the project amount of time, and charged the estimate. Mike had been here for another job when he did the initial estimate for this (later refined with their office over the phone) and at that time he provided a lot of helpful advice about what to do for our situation (we had questions about hooking into the boiler, etc.).
