First delivery was a month late, and only half of what was paid for. They didn’t say why they didn’t complete the delivery, or even schedule the next delivery. The wood was also not the seasoned wood they advertised but fresh cut and green, which does not burn well. The next time they said they would get me on the schedule they didn’t show up for the delivery again with no notification or rescheduling. When I called to get back on the schedule again, I asked why they didn’t show up or even call and the owner cut me off, said he wasn’t going to talk to me about it, and hung up on me. It’s now been over two months since the original delivery got cancelled due to personal issues the owner had to deal with. I understand that things come up, but I shouldn’t get removed from the delivery schedule every time you have a personal problem. They refused to refund the money I paid, and didn’t think they were being unprofessional. TLDR: poor communication and rude
