They were very prompt and courteous. The first time that I used them, they didn't even charge me because it was such a small problem. I have used them several times since and have been very happy.

It was a very positive experience. They were timely, professional and prompt. We did not have any problems at all. We have used their services in the past also and have always been happy. The cost of their service was included in the price for the remodeling job.

We do feel that they did a wonderful job. Everything seems to be in good working order. We met with one of the electricians. He was a polite individual. We were told to call him if we have any problems. We paid one full price for the entire project to the main contractor. We are not aware of the cost for this companies services.

My neighbors and their neighbors have all used this company and when I asked around they all referred Krause Electric to me. I am so glad that I went with them because they did a spectacular job. I would now recommend them to people as well.

They certainly did good work for us. We are completely up to code with our electric in our home. They were very easy to deal with and they had excellent people skills. I felt they treated us fairly when it came to their prices as well.
