We are new to Wisconsin and needed to replace the existing garage on our new home with a new one. From the day I met the owners of Schwanz I knew I was in good hands. They listened to what I wanted, provided guidance, but allowed me to make final decisions. They removed my old garage and built my new one exactly the way I wanted it! Their workers were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and hard-working. They always cleaned up before they left every single day, and they arrived when they said they would. I have nothing but good things to say about them, and I could not be happier with their workmanship and the finished product!

She took the time to research many aspects, like well depths and septic systems in the area so she could provide a more accurate estimate, no other builder did that. Everyone on their crew is a quality craftsman, that’s why I like that they self perform most of the stages of building, rough carpentry, roof, siding, finish carpentry, deck, etc.. and use only high quality products. Becki & Luke helped us build our dream family getaway in Wisconsin! Being 6 hours away from the build was hard, but Becki & team made it much easier than I anticipated. We came into the process with a floor plan and Becki worked with us to tweak it to make it more economical and to best use the space of the home. She gave candid feedback on what works well and what doesn’t as well as provided what was the “norm” for Wisconsin homes. We had a few unexpected overages - Becki was quick to contact us and explain why and also what we could do to mitigate the extra cost. For example, our interior doors came back much more expensive than anticipated. When Becki called to communicate this info, she had already found another option that was in our budget and gave the same look & feel as the doors we originally selected. Overall the project was finished earlier than anticipated and within our budget! Construction and workmanship is solid and we can’t wait to use it this spring and summer. If we ever build in Wisconsin again, Schwanz Custom Homes will be first on my list to contact!

I have already referred to friends and family. They have been doing work for me for several years. Built a new 2 story garage and replaced the roof to my home, also installed 2 skylights. Complete projects on schedule as promised.
