They did a great job. They are local. Jim was really helpful. He told me exactly what I should do and why I should do it. They gave me a great deal of confidence that they were going to do the job right. They were very consultative. They're very credible people.

Great! Jim was very professional and ethical. He actually said that we really didn't need to remove/replace our existing insulation and thought additional insulation wouldn't make sense either. Really appreciated his honesty when others might have taken advantage just to make a buck. He also made some other helpful observations. I'd definitely recommend them.

The originally scheduled install date was pushed out twice, first due to a scheduling conflict on their end, and then due to materials availability - but they communicated/called well in advance each time. December is a busy month for both us & them, but they were able to accommodate us and do the install - the Sunday morning before Christmas no less!
